Choose when you’re going to bed and see a few calm options for the morning.

Plan from when you actually sleep

The alarm is calculated from your bedtime plus the time you expect to need to fall asleep. If you usually lie awake for 30 minutes, include it—the difference matters.

Favor enough sleep

The “best fit” is based on your saved sleep target, not only the neatest cycle count. Choose the longer-rest option when a shorter one would leave you underslept.

Common questions

What time should I wake up if I sleep now?

Use the “Going to sleep now” button for windows based on your current local time, expected sleep latency, and cycle estimate.

Why are there several wake-up choices?

The choices represent different amounts of total sleep. The best-fit label is the option closest to your saved sleep target, while longer rest is preferable when your schedule allows.

Is four cycles enough?

With a 90-minute planning estimate, four cycles are about six hours—less than the regular minimum recommended for most adults. It may be shown for scheduling context, not as an ideal routine.
